As of 10 December 2018, all International customers are required to send a copy of their passport and optometrist's prescription to us before making a purchase.
This is to facilitate custom clearance and we hope to seek your understanding and assistance in this matter.
Please take note!
If we receive an international order without the relevant documents, order will still be placed and cancellation is not allowed.
However, in the event that the parcel is held by the receiver's local customs,
all other expenses will be held accountable by the receiver if the delivery is not successful and bounced back to the sender.
Cancellation and refund is strictly not allowed.
How to upload documents ?
1) Log In to your account
2) Head over to "Account"
3) Upload your documents by clicking the "Add File" button
It's that simple! :)
You just need to upload once and it'll be stored in your account.
If there is a change in your prescriptions, please update by re-uploading the new file!
