Terms & Conditions

Pre-Order

Pre-order our main service for the best price and highest-quality lenses.

  • The pre-order period ends every Saturday at 23:59 SGT.

  • Orders take 3 to 4 weeks for distribution, starting from the nearest Saturday.

  • This timeframe does not include possible delays due to customs checks or public holidays.

Products

  • Brands such as I-Dol, Doya, Cupid-Eye, BloomColor, Risako, and others are shipped directly from the official China warehouse.

Accessories

  • If accessories are damaged during transit, please send us a clear picture of the defective product within 3 days of receipt.

  • After 3 days, defective accessories are non-refundable.

Defect Policy

  • Any defects must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Orders shipped with non-traceable mailing options are not eligible for defect claims.

  • A one-to-one exchange will be provided for defective items only.

  • Replacements may take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive.

  • No cash refunds—only defect exchanges.

Ready-Stock

  • Ready-stock refers to items that are immediately available for shipment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 1 day of placement.

    • Example: If an order is placed on Thursday, it can be cancelled on Friday.

    • If an order is placed on Friday, cancellation on Saturday is not allowed.

  • Once an order is placed, no cancellations or refunds are permitted.

Order Processing & Shipping Duration

  • Orders submitted on Sunday take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive for distribution.

  • Distribution takes 2 to 3 days.

  • Shipping timeframes:

    • Local orders: 1 to 4 days

    • International orders: 5 to 14 days

Store Pick-Up (Temporarily Suspended)

  • Customers will receive an email notification with instructions for pick-up arrangements.

  • A WhatsApp message may also be sent for scheduling.

Lost Mail Policy

  • Non-traceable mailing options (including registered mail) are not reimbursed if lost during transit.

  • If your parcel is lost, contact us via Officially19ninetysix@gmail.com or Facebook after the estimated delivery timeframe.

  • We will assist in submitting a lost mail report, but we are not liable for losses due to non-traceable shipping methods.

Coupons

  • Promotional coupons expire at 23:59 SGT on the specified date.

  • Most coupons are valid for 3 months from the date of creation and cannot be extended.

  • Coupons must be applied successfully before proceeding to payment.

  • Only one coupon can be used per transaction.

  • Coupons are not applicable to sale items.

Sales Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

  • Sale items are available while stocks last.

  • If an item goes out of stock, an email will be sent immediately.

    • If there is no response within 2 days, the order will be adjusted to the closest available colour or a -0.25 step up/down.

Out-of-Stock Items

  • If there is no response within 2 days, the closest available colour or a -0.25 step adjustment will be made.

  • Reordering out-of-stock items takes an additional 2 to 3 weeks.

Shipping Policy

  • Refer to our Shipping Guide for estimated shipping costs.

  • Accessories are not eligible for the "Free Shipping on Orders Over $150" promotion due to negligible weight.

Custom Taxes & Duties

  • As of December 12, 2018, international orders require the submission of a copy of the importer’s passport and optometrist’s prescription before shipping.

  • If customs in the recipient’s country hold an order, 19ninety-six is not liable for clearance.

  • Prices on our website exclude taxes and delivery fees.

  • Most shipments are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, customs duties, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country.

  • Customers are considered importers and must comply with their local customs policies.

  • 19ninety-six reserves the right to reject orders if compliance requirements are not met.

  • If an order is rejected by the recipient’s country, the importer is responsible for additional charges such as return fees and re-delivery costs.
