Terms & Conditions

Pre-Order

 

  1. Pre-order our main service for the lowest price and best quality lenses.

  2. Our pre-order ends every Saturday at 23:59 SGT every week.

  3. Pre-orders take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive for distribution starting from the closest Saturday.

  4. Duration does not include delays, custom checks and public holidays.

 

Products

 

  1. I-Dol / Doya / Cupid-Eye / BloomColor / Risako and etc products are shipped from Official China Warehouse.

 

Accessories

 

  1. Accessories maybe damage during transit, do send us a picture if you received  a defective product within 3 days upon receipt.

  2. After 3 days, defective products are non-refundable.

Defect Policy

 

  1. Defects has to be made known within 3 days upon receiving.

  2. Orders using non-traceable mailing options are strictly not entitled to the defect policy.

  3. One to one exchange will be allowed for the defect piece only.  

  4. Defect changes may take up to 2 - 3 weeks to arrive.  

  5. No cash refund is allowed, only defect exchange.

 

Ready-stock

 

  1. Stocks that are available on our hand.​

Cancellation

 

  1. Cancellation is allowed 1 day before the order is placed.
    E.g, Order on Thursday, cancel on Friday is allowed.
    E.g, Order on Friday, cancel on Saturday is not allowed.

  2. Once order is placed, no cancellation is allowed. Refund is strictly not allowed as well.

 

Duration

  1. Once orders has been submitted on Sunday, it takes 3 to 4 weeks to arrive for distribution.

  2. Distribution takes 2 to 3 days.

  3. Shipping takes 1 to 4 days for Local orders,  5 to 14 days for International orders.

 

Store Pick-Up (Temporary suspended)

  1. A notification will be sent to you through email with the instructions to arrange for the pick-up.

  2. A whatsapp message may be sent to you to schedule for an arrangement as well.

 

Lost Mail

  1. Non-Traceable mailing methods including registered mailing will strictly not be reimbursed in an event of lost mail during transit.

  2. Do contact us at Officially19ninetysix@gmail.com or Facebook if your parcel is lost during transit after the stipulated mailing duration. 19ninety-six will assist to send a lost report, however, we are not liable for the decision on non-traceable mailing methods.

 

Coupons

 

  1. All Promotional Coupons will at end on 23:59 SGT on the specified dates.

  2. Most coupons has a validity date of 3 months from the date of creation. Not valid for extension.

  3. Please apply the coupon successfully before heading to the payment page.

  4. Only 1 coupon can be applied at 1 time.

  5. Coupon are not valid on sale items.

Sales

 

  1. No cancellation is allowed upon confirmation.

  2. While stocks last.

  3. Upon Out-Of-Stock event, an email will be sent immediately to notify.

  4. If there is no reply within 2 days, we will swap to the closest color or a -0.25 step down/up.

 

Out-Of Stocks

 

  1. If there is no reply within 2 days, we will swap to the closest color or a -0.25 step down/up.

  2. Re-ordering will take additional 2 to 3 weeks.

Shipping

 

  1. Check our “Shipping Guide” for estimated prices.

  2. Accessories are not included in our "Over $150 Free Shipping" promotion due to negligible weight. 


Custom Taxes and Duties

 

  1. As of 12 December 2018, we are required to submit a copy of the importer’s passport and optometrist’s prescription before shipping the orders overseas. If orders shipped out and held in importer's customs office, 19ninety-six will not be held accountable.
     

  2. Prices on our site are exclude taxes and delivery costs. Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties, if accessed, will be billed to recipient by our shipping partners upon delivery. When ordering from 19ninety-six, customer is considered the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related fees. Customs policies vary by country and 19ninety-six cannot make any guarantees as to whether or not shipments will be subject to customs-related fees.
     

  3. If the above is not complied to, 19ninety-six has the right to reject orders.
     

  4. Upon rejection from the importer’s country, all other expenses will be held accountable by the importer, such as bounce back fee, re-delivery fees.
